To report material you own that is linked from a page here, send a notice via the report form or use /report, including:

• identification of the work
• the exact page address complained of
• your contact details
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act
• your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notice

If your page was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same address.

Accounts responsible for repeat infringement are terminated.
